Wongu Health Center is the teaching clinic of Wongu University of Oriental Medicine — Nevada's first and only accredited graduate institution dedicated to educating Doctors of Oriental Medicine. Our mission is to develop integrated healthcare professionals and deliver coordinated outpatient services that strengthen Southern Nevada's healthcare system.
Under new leadership, Wongu operates the MD-OMD Unified Medical Clinic for Southern Nevada, integrating physician-led care with evidence-informed Oriental medicine to expand access to supportive services in stroke recovery, oncology, mental health, and chronic illness management.
Our clinic serves cancer patients, veterans with PTSD, and individuals with chronic autoimmune conditions — addressing the growing demand for non-pharmacologic supportive care in our community. We also provide community education and multilingual outreach to improve access for underserved populations.

Leading our clinical team with over 20 years of experience in Oriental medicine. Dr. Yu specializes in fertility, women's health, anxiety, and depression, and holds acupuncture certification from China along with training in massage and additional therapeutic modalities. Her extensive background bridges Eastern and Western approaches, bringing a depth of knowledge to every patient's treatment plan.

Specializing in Japanese acupuncture and chronic internal diseases, with broad expertise in general acupuncture practice. Dr. Sekine brings a well-rounded clinical approach, treating a wide range of conditions from pain management and musculoskeletal issues to digestive health and overall wellness.
